The Three-Minute Perfect Plank Workout
This is an advanced plank workout!
It is a full 3-minute workout doing a variety of advanced planks without any breaks.
Most of us will need to work up to the full 3-minutes but it’s an excellent target! (If you need a few modifications, check out the Planks for Beginners: How to do a plank post.)
The athletes demonstrating the planks show excellent form – and they are clearly very fit…not shaking or even breathing hard at the end! Seriously. Impressive.
