Today’s video from CalmWatersRowing is a quick refresher on how to get back into your rowing single after a flip. The technique is demonstrated by Calm Waters Rowing coaches and U.S. National Team medalists Charlotte Hollings and John Dunn.

The water is still pretty chilly in most places so getting yourself quickly and safely back into the boat is important. Enjoy!
