Happy Motivation Monday!

This is another installment in my series – Motivation Mondays – to help you get your week off to a good start with a tip, technique or motivational workout you can use immediately.

Today’s video post is a two-for-one on nutrition for rowers. The videos are from a series from the staff and athletes of the National Training Centres in Australia about the importance of good nutrition as a rower.

The first video (3:03) focuses on nutrition for the lightweight rower and the second (3:22) focuses on nutrition for the openweight rower.
