Rowing Drills While Stationary

Happy Motivation Monday to you…or should we call it Technique Tuesday since it’s a day late? My bad. 🙂

This is another installment in my series – Motivation Mondays – to help you get your week off to a good start with a tip, technique or motivational workout you can use immediately.

Today’s post is a short video (3:45) from our friends down under at that provides a series of drills that can be done while stationary.

These drills are very easy to add to your daily row – throw ’em in while waiting to dock or as part of your practice or pre-race warm-up routine. They’ll help build good muscle memory, improve your comfort in the boat and boost balance.
